Graham Flour Krav Saltå Kvarn 1.25kg
Saltå Kvarn's graham flour is a stone-ground whole grain flour made from Swedish organic wheat. Both germ and bran remain and it is therefore rich in fibre, phosphorus and iron as well as the B vitamins thiamin and niacin. Use graham flour for thicker bread and in cooking when you want a little extra flavor and fibre. Graham flour is also good for cooking porridge, preferably with dried plums, figs and flax seeds.
