Pytt i panna made with beef, diced potatoes and chopped yellow onion. Oxpytt is a favorite of many and ours is prepared with 100% beef. A classic way to serve pytt i panna is with beetroot and fried egg. But why not try something new! Add sun-dried tomatoes, diced mozzarella and basil. Drizzle over a little balsamic vinegar.
