The classic aioli originates from the Mediterranean and has become an obvious favorite in Swedish cuisine as well. Erik's® classic Aioli contains small pieces of garlic. A sauce that goes perfectly with autumn's warm fish stews, fresh seafood or why not with a grilled salmon fillet! Eriks® Aioli is also an excellent accompaniment to prawns, a warm baguette and a glass of fruity white wine. Aioli is smooth and creamy with a round and rich taste.
