Arla Ko® Sour Cream 12% is made from fresh cream from Swedish Arlagårdar. The original since 1952 is a real classic that has its obvious place in food for both weekdays and weekends and tastes like sour cream should taste - slightly sour and creamy with a slightly creamy texture. Sour cream is advantageously used as a cooling addition to soups and stews, to tacos and baked potatoes. Excellent in cold sauces, dressings and dips and in creamy salads. In soft cakes, sour cream gives juiciness and in desserts such as panna cotta a fresher feeling. The Arla Ko® brand guarantees that the product is made from 100 percent Swedish milk.
