Felix Bacon & Broccoli pie is a tasty pie with minced meat, mushrooms, tomato and a little garlic in a crispy pie crust. A frozen pie made with eggs from Swedish free-range chickens and Swedish meat. Suitable as a light lunch at work or as a quick dinner. A fantastically good and simple ready-made dish, which is prepared in a flash! Baked with care in Dalarna.
Ingredients
Pie dough: WHEAT flour, BUTTER, vegetable fat (rapeseed oil and fully hardened rapeseed oil), water, EGGS, salt and baking powder (deer antler salt). FILLING: EGGS, MILK, broccoli, CREAM, smoked bacon and pork (pork, water, salt, dextrose, preservative (E250), stabilizer (E450), antioxidant (E301), and smoke flavor), CHEESE, water, starch, smoke flavor and spice extract. For a pie, 13% broccoli, 9% cheese and 6% smoked bacon have been used.
